How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Most US orders then arrive in 6–10 business days, and international orders usually take 10–20 business days. The Getaway Set ships from a US warehouse and usually arrives in 3–6 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on US orders over $50.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rates are shown at checkout, and import duties or taxes may be charged by your country's customs.
I'm buying a gift. When should I order?
As early as you can. For delivery in the US before December 24, we recommend ordering by December 8.
Returns
What's your return policy?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible.

What's the difference between first-layer, two-layer and crazy horse leather?
First-layer (top grain) leather is the outer layer of the hide. Two-layer, or split, leather is the layer beneath it: still real cowhide, but more affordable. Crazy horse is a finish: cowhide treated with oils and wax so it develops a rich patina and lighter marks where it's handled. Each product page tells you exactly which one you're getting.
How do I size the Auto-Lock Belt?
The strap is cut to fit. Measure your waist where you wear your belt, trim the strap to that length, and click it into the buckle. There are no holes, so the fit adjusts in small steps.
Why does my leather look different from the photos?
Leather is a natural material, so every piece has its own grain, color variation and markings. Crazy horse leather especially will darken and change with use. That's part of the character.
How do I care for leather?
Keep it away from prolonged soaking and direct heat. Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and condition it with a leather balm every few months.
Will the Leather Watch Band fit my watch?
It fits 38 mm and 42 mm smartwatch cases that use slide-in band connectors. Check your case size before ordering.
