Shipping policy
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Delivery times
- United States: most orders arrive 6–10 business days after they ship.
- The Getaway Set ships from a US warehouse and usually arrives in 3–6 business days.
- International: usually 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs can add time, especially in November and December. If you're buying a gift, please order early.
Shipping costs
US orders over $50 ship free. For smaller orders and international orders, the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Multiple packages
Items in one order may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking for each.
Lost or late orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, reach out through our contact page. We'll work with the carrier and, if the package can't be found, send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
